This work involves advice on rental levels appropriate to new leases, lease renewals and rent reviews. The buoyant economy has resulted in significant rental growth over recent years. Where a lease provides for the rent to be reviewed (often every three or five years) it is important for the new rent to be agreed at the correct level.
