Having gained his degree in Estate Management in 1971, Bill worked in Wiltshire for two years before gaining his Associate membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

He then moved to London where he worked for Hillier Parker. This gave him a broad spread of experience in the Commercial property market. In 1978 he joined the late Geoffrey Goss in Exeter. Bill is responsible for the Professional and Management side of the business, including rent review and rating work.

Iain took his degree in Land Management at De Montfort University following a successful career in the Chandlery and Marine world, including two transatlantic crossings under sail.

Having graduated, he joined Haarer Goss in 1994 and worked through several commercial disciplines within the firm before becoming a Professional Associate in 1996. Iain joined Bill Haarer as a Partner in April 2001 and is now in charge of commercial agency and valuation work.

Mark holds a degree in Estate Management from the University of the West of England in Bristol. After graduating in 1996 he worked in the Exeter residential property market for over four years before joining Haarer Goss in early 2001.

In June 2004 he became a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor having passed the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). Working alongside Bill and Iain, Mark assists the Partners in all commercial property matters.

George joined the firm in 2004 and is responsible for the operation of our Managed Property accounts. As a former banker, he has many years experience of finance and accounts control.

Having joined Haarer Goss in March 2005, Sarah brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked in both the residential and commercial property markets for the past 14 years in a secretarial capacity. Sarah is responsible for the overall administration of the office on a day to day basis.

Carolyn has worked for Haarer Goss since August 2004, having relocated from the South East. Carolyn assists Sarah in providing a high level of client service. She also maintains our property register and website ensuring that it is constantly up-dated.
