Haarer Goss has recently completed on the letting of 2 Roundhead Road, Heathfield Industrial Estate, Newton Abbort to Hotline Horizont Ltd, a manufacturer and distributor of Electrical Fencing products.

South-West based Charles Darrow; Commercial Property Agents were appointed by Hotline Horizont Ltd to source new larger premises for them in the Newton Abbot area and within only hours of Haarer Goss launching the property to the open market, Charles Darrow had shown Hotline Horizont over the property.

The premises comprise a modern detached warehouse with self contained office accommodation to the front.  The building is constructed of steel portal frames with part brick and block cavity walls.  The warehouse benefits from a solid concrete floor and six roller shutter doors, two at the rear and four to the side.  The minimum eaves height is 6.40 metres.
